During the procedure, tiny needles create micro-injuries on the surface of the skin, which are not visible to the naked eye and are not felt. At this point, the body immediately responds to this “injury” and begins to heal. The body starts producing collagen and elastin – these are the two main crucial building blocks of the dermis layer.
Repeated exposure – that is, stimulation – is necessary to initiate and maintain collagen production, so multiple sessions are recommended for lasting fibrous restructuring.

– Application of Sunscreen: The name of the treatment indicates that, due to the high concentration of acid used, the upper layers of the skin will peel and you may experience mild peeling for a few days. It’s extremely important to protect your skin with a high SPF cream while the dead layers regenerate.
